INTRODUCCIÓN
Nuestra bitácora constituye -por su contenido- y a juicio de sus autores "un viaje histórico-cultural al corazón o interior de las primeras sociedades humanas que poblaron los cayos e islas del Caribe y Las Antillas". Entre sus principales objetivos está la divulgación de noticias, artículos, estudios e investigaciones con contenidos de interés científico, histórico o cultural; relacionados con objetos, artefactos o ajuares pertenecientes a comunidades que se establecieron en diversas áreas de las regiones antes mencionadas.
Los trabajos que se editarán han sido elaborados por investigadores profesionales y/o aficionados, que a lo largo de muchos años han participado de manera directa en actividades arqueológicas -tanto de campo como de gabinete- durante los períodos o campañas programadas en los respectivos yacimientos.
El autor o autores de cada uno de los artículos o materiales serán los únicos responsables de los criterios, análisis y enfoques dados en los mismos.

Our binnacle constitutes - for his(her,your) content - and in the opinion of his(her,your) authors " a historical - cultural trip to the heart or interior of the first human societies who populated the keys and islands of the Carib and The Antilles ". Between(among) his(her,your) principal aims(lenses) there is the spreading(publication) of news, articles, studies and investigations(researches) with contents of scientific, historical or cultural interest; related to objects, appliances or apparels belonging to communities that were established in diverse areas of the regions before mentioned.
The works that will be edited have been elaborated by professional and / or fond investigators(researchers), who throughout many years have taken part in a direct way in archaeological activities - both of field and of office(cabinet) - during the periods or campaigns programmed in the respective deposits.
The author or authors of each one of the articles or materials will be the only ones responsible for the criteria, analysis and approaches given in the same ones.
